We collect only what you provide to arrange your service — your name, contact details, vacation-rental address and arrival time, and your grocery preferences and order details.

How we use it

We use your information to shop for, deliver, and stock your groceries, to coordinate with your property manager, and to communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers and subcontractors who help us operate our business (such as our CRM and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law — for example, with your property manager to coordinate access.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Text messages (SMS)

Our text messages are sent from +1 850-608-8767. When you opt in, you may receive two kinds of messages: transactional texts about delivery scheduling, order updates, and account or service notifications; and — only if you separately opt in — promotional texts about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
